Our pricing depends on the scope, size, and specification level of the project. For residential spaces, design fees typically start at ₹150/sq ft. We provide a detailed, transparent quote after an initial consultation — there are no hidden charges. We work across a range of budgets and always find the best possible solution within your parameters.
A standard 2–3 BHK residential project typically takes 45–90 days from concept approval to handover. Larger homes or commercial projects may take 4–8 months. We provide a detailed project timeline at the planning stage and update you weekly throughout execution.
Not at all. Your dedicated design lead manages the entire project — from vendor coordination to site supervision. We keep you informed through weekly updates, photos, and milestone check-ins. Key decisions require your input, but day-to-day management is entirely handled by our team.
Absolutely. We conduct a thorough inventory assessment of your existing items at the start and thoughtfully incorporate pieces worth keeping into the new design — minimising waste and respecting both sentiment and budget. We believe great design is about curation, not replacement.
Yes. We have successfully completed projects across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, and internationally. For outstation projects, we factor in travel and accommodation costs — but our project management and quality standards remain identical regardless of location.
Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers all installation and execution work including carpentry, false ceilings, flooring installation, wallcovering application, and electrical/plumbing work done by our team. Material warranties (e.g. paint, tiles) are governed by manufacturer terms and we pass these on in full.
We use a milestone-based payment structure: 20% on project agreement, 30% on concept approval and design sign-off, 40% mid-execution at a defined milestone, and the final 10% on project handover after a walkthrough and punch-list completion. This ensures you only pay as work progresses.
Yes — our design process includes comprehensive 3D photorealistic renders and, for larger projects, full virtual walkthroughs before any work begins. You will see and approve exactly how every space will look before we touch a single wall. Our 3D renders include realistic lighting and material representations.
